- Online payment is processed through Paypal
- Purchases within Cyprus are posted using ACS Courier
- All other countries are shipped using standard registered post with tracking. You will be notified by email when your package is on it's way and tracking information will be provided.
- Shipping prices are calculated at checkout unless specified differently.

- I take great care in packaging and shipping. Every purchase is packaged in my studio to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Shipping fees include packing, materials and time.
- All customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarise yourself with your country's policies and jurisdictions before purchasing.
RETURNS
All original art sales are final. Each piece is created with great passion, thought and care and I feel confidant your well chosen piece will find a special place in your home.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright is retained by the artist Kristen Handley - Art. When you purchase an original piece of art you are acquiring the item not the copyright.
MOUNTING
My artwork is best framed under glass or plexiglass with an acid-free mat between the painting and the glass.
FRAMING
Art framing is quite personal as everyone has different taste, opinions and requirements. All artworks in my store are sold unframed unless specified but if you would like me to provide a frame or you would like some assistance with framing please feel free to contact me.
CARE
To help preserve your artwork art should not be hung in direct sunlight or hung on a damp wall or over heating systems.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICTY
To secure the authenticity and originality of my artwork all original art purchases come with a descriptive and signed and dated certificate.
